1. Skynet’s Intellectual Property
Skynet LLC. (referred to as “Skynet”) owns the intellectual property rights to all elements of the Services, including but not limited to, the software, code, logos, designs, themes, technology, and proprietary business methods. You may not use any Skynet Trademarks without explicit prior written authorization from Skynet.
2. Reporting Copyright and Trademark Infringement
Skynet respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to adhering to the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We will investigate and respond to all valid claims of alleged copyright, trademark, and trade dress infringement.
Primary Reporting Method: Online Form
The online form is the most efficient and required way to submit a Notice of Alleged Infringement, as it ensures all legally required information is captured quickly.

Required Information for a Notice
Whether you use the online form or the backup communication method, your notice must include all the following information to be considered legally valid:
A. For Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notices)
- Your Legal Name and Contact Information (mailing address, telephone number, and email address).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list of works).
- Direct link(s) to the specific content on the Skynet platform that you believe infringes your copyright.
- Confirmation Statement 1 (Good Faith): A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Confirmation Statement 2 (Under Penalty of Perjury): A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed, and that all the information in the notice is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
B. For Trademark or Trade Dress Infringement
- Your Legal Name and Contact Information (mailing address, telephone number, and email address).
- Direct link(s) to the specific content on the Skynet platform that you believe infringes your trademark or trade dress.
- Trademark Details: Description of the trademark, countries it is registered in, trademark registration number, and category of products/services covered by the registration.
- Description of how the content infringes or violates your trademark or trade dress rights.
- Confirmation Statements (Under Penalty of Perjury): The same confirmation statements required for copyright infringement (A.4 and A.5).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Secondary Reporting Method: General Inquiries
For general intellectual property inquiries or if you are unable to use the online form, please contact us via our general support portal. Note that notices submitted this way may take longer to process and must still contain all the required information listed above to be legally valid.

2.4 Counter-Notice Procedure
If you are a Skynet User and believe that Materials were removed or access was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notice. This notice must contain all the elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) and must be submitted through the same primary (online form) or secondary (general inquiries link) procedure.
